Manage who can access your EQUOS9 account and what they can do.
Control who can access your EQUOS9 account by inviting team members and assigning roles. Each role determines what modules and actions a person can access.
As the account owner, you have full control. You can invite staff, assign them to specific modules, and remove access at any time from Settings → Staff Management.
Understanding Roles
EQUOS9 uses three simple roles to control access:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything including billing, subscription, and account deletion |
| Administrator | Manage staff, access all business modules, but cannot change billing |
| Staff | Access only the modules they’ve been assigned |
Inviting Team Members
Go to Settings → Staff Management in the sidebar.
Click the Invite Staff Member button.
Enter the person’s email address and choose their role (Administrator or Staff).
For Staff members, choose which modules they can access. Administrators automatically get access to all modules.
Click Send Invitation. They’ll receive an email with a link to set up their account.
Managing Existing Staff
From Settings → Staff Management, you can:
- Change roles - Promote staff to Administrator or vice versa
- Update module access - Add or remove modules for Staff members
- Remove access - Revoke a team member’s access immediately
- Resend invitations - Send another invite email if they didn’t receive the first one

Business Data Security
Your business data is protected:
- Encryption - All data is encrypted when stored and when transmitted
- Isolation - Your data is completely separate from other businesses
- Backups - Automatic daily backups protect against data loss
- Australian hosting - Your data is stored in Australia
