Real workflows first
Every feature exists because operators needed it, not because it looks good on a features page. If it doesn't solve a real problem, it doesn't ship.
About EQUOS9
EQUOS9 was born on the warehouse floor, not in a boardroom. We build focused, connected tools for businesses that manufacture, store, and move products.
The story
EQUOS9 started with a simple frustration shared by thousands of operators: too many disconnected systems, too much manual data entry, and no single source of truth. Sales orders in one spreadsheet. Inventory in another. Invoicing done weeks after dispatch—if at all.
The tools that existed were either too basic—glorified spreadsheets with a nicer UI—or too complex, requiring consultants to configure and months to go live. Mid-market operators were stuck choosing between outgrowing their tools or overpaying for features they'd never use.
We built EQUOS9 to fill that gap. A platform powerful enough to run real operations end-to-end, but simple enough to get started without training or consultants. Every feature is grounded in hands-on experience across manufacturing, wholesale, and logistics.
How we build
The principles that shape every feature, integration, and release.
Every feature exists because operators needed it, not because it looks good on a features page. If it doesn't solve a real problem, it doesn't ship.
Questions and feedback go straight to the people building the product. No ticket queues. No support tiers. Short feedback loops that drive real improvements.
EQUOS9 is designed by people who have shipped pallets, reconciled invoices, and managed stock counts. That experience is baked into every workflow.
We do operations well—orders, inventory, warehouse, billing, and freight. We're not trying to replace your CRM, email, or project management tool.
Working with EQUOS9
We move fast because every decision is intentional, every feature request is heard, and there's no bureaucracy between your feedback and the product.
