What's included in the 14-day free trial?

All plans include a full-featured 14-day free trial with access to all included modules. No credit card required to start. You can explore every feature before committing.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or purchase additional order packs ($10 per 100 orders/month) to continue processing.

Are there any setup fees or contracts?

No setup fees and no long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing (which saves you 10%).

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes! Non-profit organizations receive 30% off any plan. MTM members also get 20% off. These discounts can be combined with annual billing savings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual plans. Invoicing is available for Complete plan customers.
