Impact

Improved stability and clearer workflows for warehouse operations post-launch.

These hotfixes address feedback received immediately after the EQUOS9 production launch, ensuring smoother day-one operations for all users. Within hours of going live, we collected user feedback and prioritized the most impactful improvements to ship same-day.

Feature Flags for Experimental Modules

As EQUOS9 matures, we’re continuously developing new capabilities that aren’t quite ready for prime time. Rather than holding back the entire release, we’ve introduced feature flags that let us selectively expose experimental modules to BETA testers while keeping production users on stable features only. This means our early adopters can help shape upcoming tools, and everyone else gets a polished experience without encountering rough edges.

Warehouse Archive & Navigation

The warehouse module received several usability fixes based on day-one feedback. Bulk archiving now respects order commit status—only committed orders can be archived, while uncommitted orders can only be deleted. This prevents accidental data loss and matches how warehouse teams actually think about order lifecycle. We also reordered the main tabs to Outbound, Stock On Hand, Inbound, reflecting the frequency most users access them. Finally, inbound and outbound tasks now open in their own window again, restoring the multi-tasking workflow users rely on.

Orders UI Improvements

Small polish items add up to a better experience. The orders view now displays the full ship-from address, making it easier to verify fulfillment details at a glance. We fixed an annoying bug where the top bar location selector required two clicks to open—it now responds on the first click. The workorders screen also gained drag-and-drop column reorganization, so each user can customize their view to match their workflow.

Pricing & Free Trial

We’ve simplified our pricing to three clear tiers: Core, More, and Complete. Each tier is designed around real usage patterns rather than arbitrary feature gates. Order limits have moved into fair-use terms, removing friction for growing businesses while maintaining sustainable usage. We’ve also enabled a 14-day free trial so new users can experience EQUOS9 fully before committing—no credit card required to get started.
