Platform consolidation and manufacturing instrumentation
Early September for the equos_v1 beta focused on collapsing services into one repo, rebuilding the warehouse screens, and wiring manufacturing timers to the same live warehouse data used in production.

Highlights
Single repo + admin panels
The beta admin console, onboarding/auth screens, and refreshed data tables now live alongside the warehouse app for faster iteration.
Modular manufacturing stack
Repack screens, manufacturing managers, timers, and session widgets were split into focused components that connect directly to live workspace data.
Inventory + order composables
Orders gained new viewers, commit/finalize flows, and composable layouts while inventory templates and exports now pull from one source of truth.
Billing & timer services
Billing entry models, background services, and the task timer feature landed behind feature flags so downstream modules can start charging from real activity.

Impact
Creates a maintainable beta workspace that mirrors production wiring before the public Equos9 push.
This entry covers the 1–15 September 2025 commits (see logs on 2025-09-01, 2025-09-03/04, and the series of codex merges on 2025-09-08).
The repo restructure brings the E1 admin portal, onboarding screens, refreshed tables, and the warehouse client into one codebase so the move to Equos9 is smoother.
Manufacturing teams now get modular managers, session editors, timer services, and repack screens driven by the same live operational data rather than placeholder sets.
Orders benefitted from new viewers, item selectors, commit/finalize logic, and composable layouts that keep the UI responsive across inbound/send flows.
Billing groundwork started with entry models, centralized serialization, and unified inventory exports so finance data stays close to operations.
