The logistics operator is mobilising more than 800 courier franchisees across 28 regional territories to meet the seasonal surge in e-commerce and retail shipments. With over 75,000 customers relying on Aramex for local, national, and international deliveries, the lead-up to Christmas represents the most operationally demanding period on the company’s calendar.

Franchise Network at Scale

Aramex Australia’s delivery model is built on a franchise structure that dates back to its earlier incarnation as Fastway Couriers, before the 2019 rebrand brought the Australian operation under the global Aramex identity. The network now comprises 28 regional franchise territories, each managed by a local operator with deep knowledge of their service area. Collectively, these territories deploy more than 800 courier franchisees who handle last-mile deliveries across metropolitan and regional Australia.

For e-commerce sellers, the franchise model offers local accountability paired with national reach. Aramex supports native integrations with eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, Squarespace, and BigCommerce through its aramexConnect platform, allowing retailers to generate consignments, print labels, and push tracking updates directly from their storefronts.

Aramex has published its 2025 Christmas cut-off schedule, and the windows are tight. Domestic express cut-offs span a wider range, from 21 November through to 18 December 2025, with exact dates varying by service level and delivery region.
